Note:  EFS 7.50 contains the new Compaq Advanced System Management Driver
       "cpqasm" which only supports servers with Advanced System Management 
       capabilities (ASM).  EFS 7.50 does not contain the legacy System 
       Management Driver "cpqw".  System Management Driver support "cpqw"
       for legacy servers can be obtained from EFS 7.48.  It is important to 
       note that ProLiant servers can not load both drivers simultaneously.  
       Installing EFS 7.50 on a pre-ASM server will complete successfully without
       loading the Compaq Advanced System Management Driver.  Without System
       Management Driver support the Insight Management Agents will not provide
       full functionality.  For pre-ASM servers it is highly recommended that
       users retain "cpqw" support released in EFS 7.48.  For more information 
       on the System Management Driver Update please refer to the EFS man pages.

Agents - SCO UnixWare 7 and Caldera Open UNIX 8, Version 5.50a.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and
   change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is
   SP19793.exe.

2. From that drive and directory execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions.
   The following files will be created:
	SP19793._01
	README.TXT
	QRST5.exe
   

3. Refer to README.TXT for instructions on using QRST5 to create
   the diskettes and steps to install the software.

4. After the installation is complete, you may delete the downloaded
   file SP19793.exe and the files unpacked in step 2 from your hard
   drive.
