DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette containing all the files 
needed to implement the Compaq NetFlex-3/Netelligent 
performance counter function for Microsoft Windows  NT 
Version 3.51 (and higher).  The files (which include DLL 
files) are loaded into the Microsoft Windows NT Performance 
Monitor as object module Compaq Netflex-3 network drivers.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a temporary directory on your 
hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is 
downloaded is SP1978.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1978 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette 
into a diskette drive to create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the 
downloaded file SP1978.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.1ST on the diskette for instructions on 
installing and using the software.
