DESCRIPTION:  
Unpacks files to update the drivers for the listed network
adapters installed in Compaq servers.


ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES:  
Enhanced support for NC77xx Gigabit PCI-X adapters.
Added in keywords to select individual NC77xx Gigabit adapters when multiple adapters 
are in the system as described in README.TXT.
Enhanced the reliability of NC77xx Gigabit adapter connections.


HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
   the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
   SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. Use these files to "update" or "install" the Compaq Fast Ethernet or
   Giagbit NIC Adapter(s) in the server.

5. Additional documentation may be found in SoftPaq SP19762 available
   on the Compaq Support web site at www.compaq.com.
