DESCRIPTION: 
The Compaq PCI Switch firmware update is designed to install the 
firmware of the following Compaq PCI Switch products.
    - 232983-B21 PCI Switch management kit
    - 232802-001 PCI Switch management board (Spare)
The only change between version 1.20 and 1.20a is in the Management
Card. The remote cards remained unchanged.

Enhancements/Fixes:
- Support a New Microsoft Keyboard (Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro).

HOW TO USE

Note: Please take the following steps on the computer configured with 
Compaq PCI Switch Management Card.

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Press [Space] key to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory. 

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions, please refer to README.TXT in the created 
directory.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files unpacked in step 2.
