DESCRIPTION:  

RapidLaunch will automatically detect your Compaq appliance server 
if the appliance is on the same network as the PC running RapidLaunch. 

If your Compaq appliance server is not on the same network, 
RapidLaunch takes you through a series of windows where you record the 
unique configuration information for your server. A summary window 
allows you to check for accuracy, then prompts you to save the 
configuration information on a single diskette.

If your Compaq appliance server supports Web-based configuration and 
it was detected, you can click on the appliance server to launch the 
Web-based configuration utility. If not, you can copy the 
configuration information to your hard drive, and then copy the 
information to create additional configuration data diskettes for 
similar configurations. You can also email the information to users at
a remote location to copy to a diskette, and then set up their system.

Enhancements/Fixes:   1)  Added support for StorageWorks NAS E7000 model.
		      2)  Added support for C4000 Series models.
		      3)  Added Resizing capability to setup.exe.
		      4)  User settings and device detection information 
                          in the setup utility are now saved when the 
                          utility is exited and then re-entered.
		      5)  Fixed bug in discovery progress bar that caused
                          the progress bar to incorrectly display the 
                          percentage of devices scanned when a non-
                          default search range was specified.
		      6)  Fixed bug in DHCP server preventing reliable 
                          DHCP server startup.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.  The file 
   downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based 
   on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
   Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download 
   directory.
