DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette containing a program to repair drive 
arrays connected to Compaq SMART-2 array controllers which are 
triggering internal error 44 or 45.  This error occurs when the Compaq 
Array Configuration Utility Version 1.01 Rev A or earlier is used to 
expand and add logical drives to a drive array that was originally 
connected to a Compaq SMART array controller.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain two formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory. 

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
  SP1961 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a 
drive to create the diskettes.

4.  After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1961.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT one of the diskettes for more instructions on 
installing and using the software.

6.  To install, place diskette 1 into drive A, reboot your system, and 
follow the on-screen directions.
