DESCRIPTION: This creates a diskette with an updated system ROM image 
for ProSignia 300/500 servers.   For the Systempro/XL, this release 
provides system ROM images that remain the same as in the superseded 
SoftPaq.  For Compaq ProLiant Servers, use SoftPaq SP1959.

ProSignia 300/500
- Maintenance release to allow a user to put a 60-nsec (nanosecond) 
SIMM and a 70-nsec SIMM of the same size in the two SIMM banks that make 
up a pair.  The ROM will still only allow 60-nsec SIMMs if the host bus 
speed is 66 MHz (or faster).  If 60-nsec and-70 nsec SIMMs are mixed in 
the same pair, the bank will be programmed for 70-nsec timings.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1958.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1958 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1958.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refert to the README file on the diskette for specific upgrade 
instructions and additional help.
