 - Laplink parallel cable or equivalent parallel port communications cable 
 - Workstation with MS-DOS or Windows 95/98 (this utility will not work under NT)
 - Xfer program loaded on local workstation
 - SoftPaq containing latest firmware downloaded to local workstation and unpacked

Note: Firmware upgrades for your Thin Client model can be obtained in the form of 
      a downloadable SoftPaq from the Compaq.com website under Support.
 
HOW TO USE: 

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
