SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:  Any PCI network interface controller that 
contains the TI380 chip.

DESCRIPTION:  This interim ROM provides a workaround for PCI network 
interface controllers that contain the TI380 ASIC chip.

SUPERSEDES:  N/A

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory. The file that is downloaded is SP1937.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
   SP1937 [ENTER]
   You will be prompted to place a formatted 1.44 MB diskette into
   a diskette drive to create the diskette.

3. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
   SP1937.EXE if you wish.

4. Turn off the computer that requires the firmware upgrade, place
   the newly created diskette in drive A: and turn the system on to boot
   from the diskette.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to upgrade the firmware.
