OPERATING SYSTEM:  MS-DOS 6.2 or greater, Windows 3.1 or greater

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:  Drive B: is a 1.44-MB diskette drive

SUPERSEDES:  N/A

DESCRIPTION:   Contains a driver that fixes the problem where a 1.44-MB 
diskette formatted in drive B: formats at 720K.  When this fix is 
applied, the command "FORMAT B:" will correctly format a diskette at 
1.44-MB.  To format a 720-KB diskette in drive B:, use the command 
"FORMAT B: /F:720".   CPQFLOPY.SYS is a TSR driver that uses INT 40.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1928.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1928 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
     CPQFLOPY.DOC
     INSTALL.BAT
     CPQFLOPY.SYS
     COLDBOOT.COM
     CPQFLOPY.TXT

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1928.EXE if you wish.

4.  If your boot drive is C:, you can run the INSTALL.BAT program to 
install CPQFLOPY.SYS.
NOTE:  Be prepared for this procedure to reboot your machine.
      -OR-
If your boot drive is not C: or you prefer to install the driver 
manually, copy CPQFLOPY.SYS to your C:\DOS directory.  Add the following 
line (from CPQFLOPY.TXT) to your CONFIG.SYS file:
device=c:\dos\cpqflopy.sys
Reboot your machine for the TSR to take effect.
