DESCRIPTION:  This is the modem driver for the operating systems and the Presario 
              notebook models listed above that have the Conexant Combo with both 
              an Ethernet 10/100 network connection and a 56K V.90 modem connection.  

Enhancements/Fixes:

 - Adds extra European countries.
 - Fixes European 'black listing' function.
 - Fixes Japanese pulse dial issues.
 
HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded is 
    an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.
    
2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaqs via Windows Explorer and follow any 
    on-screen instructions provided.

3.  Restart the notebook to complete the installation process

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!
