DESCRIPTION:  This contains the audio driver for the Intel PRO/100 VE Desktop 
Adapter for the operating systems and Evo models listed above.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is 
a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions on different Operating systems, please refer to 
the corresponding Text files in the "Info" Folder at the root of the Softpaq directory. 
For example, to install the drivers on any Windows operating system, refer to the 
"Ms.txt" file at the \\Info\Ms location. 

5. To create (optional) Windows 2000 installation diskette, run "makew2k.bat". 
This copies all Windows 2000 installation files to a diskette in drive A:
