DESCRIPTION: This contains the Windows 98 SE driver for Infrared support for
Evo N600c notebooks.

NOTE: If Infrared driver (SMCIRDA.SYS) Version 4.10.1999.4 or greater is already
      installed, the following message is displayed: 
       "This Software is not required on this system".

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive. The file 
   downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq 
   number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. Press the 
   Space Bar to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory. 

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file downloaded 
   in step 1

4. The application may be installed directly from the files on the download directory or 
   a diskette can be created. 
   - To install the driver, run SETUP.EXE from the subdirectory "disk1" in the 
     download directory.
   - To create a diskette, run MAKEDISK.BAT from the download directory. Run 
     SETUP.EXE from the diskette to install the driver.
