HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file to a directory on your hard drive. 
   Note that all files contained in the Softpaq will be extracted 
   to this directory.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 

3. After the required files have been extracted, you may delete the 
   Softpaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. From the download directory, double-click SETUP.EXE and follow 
   the on-screen instuctions to complete the installation
