DESCRIPTION:  This Softpaq contains the Compaq WinDVD DVD Player software for the Presario 
models listed above running Windows ME.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Fixes a motion compensation issue during the software setup process.
 - Corrects pre-installation registry settings.
 - Fixes the "STOP" button on WinDVD Player from intermittently killing the video signal.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq into a temporary directory on your local drive.

2. Double-click on the downloaded file to extract the files.

3. The Softpaq files will be extracted into the temporary directory and the SETUP 
   program will be started automatically.

4. Follow the dialog of instructions as they appear on the display.

5. Restart the system after completing the update. 

6. The temporary directory may be deleted.
