DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette that allows a user to upgrade the
modem ROM to version 1.11 on a Speedpaq 192 PCMCIA Fax Modem.

ROM Updates:
* Cellular phone PIN dialing now supported
* Improved connection reliability with Primary Access modem pools
* Detect Fast Busy with Motorola Phones

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1846.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
   SP1846 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1846.EXE if you wish.

5. Refer to the README.1ST file on the diskette for instructions on 
installing the ROMPaq.
