DESCRIPTION:  Creates a bootable diskette with a utility that upgrades the System BIOS in 
              Compaq Armada 100s Series and Notebook 100 Series notebooks. 

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Fixes issue where System Configuration Utility (SCU) became unaccessible if the previous 
   password modification failed.

HOW TO USE:

NOTE: You will need a blank, formatted diskette in drive A.

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download 
directory. 

3. After the files are unpacked, the program that creates the bootable
diskette runs automatically.

4. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the download
directory if you wish.

5. To install the System BIOS upgrade, plug in AC power and boot the
notebook from the bootable DOS diskette.  Follow the screen prompts to 
install the upgrade. The upgrade utility detects whether it is running
on an Armada 100s or a Notebook 100 and performs the upgrade accordingly.
