DESCRIPTION:  CPQEXCLD.EXE corrects an issue with the PaperPort Software 
Version 3.53 or earlier that causes COM Port 2 to be unusable.  With COM 
Port 2 unusable, all telephony and on-line service capabilities do not 
work.  This fix, which restores the use of COM Port 2, will be included 
in PaperPort Version 3.54 and later.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1845.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1845 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1845.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.1ST on the created diskette for specific 
installation instructions.
