DESCRIPTION:  This contains the Microsoft WHQL-certified Windows 98 SE driver for the Conexant HSF Modem
in the Presario notebook models listed above.

Fixes the following issues:

  -  Uses European country-specific dialing codes for better connections and performance for
     European countries.
  -  Fixes installation issues with non-English operating systems.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded is 
    an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaq file via Windows Explorer and follow any on-screen
    instructions provided.
    
3.  The computer must be restarted after the SoftPaq installation is done for the installation
    to be completed.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!
