This softpaq will upgrade the features on the SNMP connectUPS card, the feature that has
been added will correct a issue with this card. There was a problem reported when a customer
configures for a schedule shutdown, the SNMP card would not send the packet to connect UPS's.
so the UPS's would not shutdown as programed. This issue will be resolved with this firmware 
upgrade.

DESCRIPTION:  This SNMP ConnectUPS card FW v3.60 diskettes allows a user to
              upgrade the  Firmware SNMP connection card 
              The firwmare softpaq consists of one 
              (1) diskettes:





HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain up to 1 1.44-MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions.  You will be prompted to 
insert a formatted diskette in a drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2.

5. There are instruction included on the created disk, name = Upgrade Instructions.doc
follow these instructions to upgrade your SNMP adapter.
