DESCRIPTION:  This creates a diskette which contains the Compaq Insight 
Management Desktop Agents for Windows 95.  Compaq Insight Management 
Desktop Agents operate on Compaq Desktop computers that have Intelligent 
Manageability features, monitoring the health of the system and 
generating alert notification for the system administrator if a fault or 
performance degradation is detected through Compaq Insight Manager.

PREREQUISITE:  Because these agents work in conjunction with intelligent 
features provided by Microsoft on the Windows 95 CD, this Softpaq 
requires that Windows 95 was either pre-installed on the unit by Compaq 
or was installed or upgraded using the Microsoft Windows 95 CD.

HOW TO USE

1. Obtain one (1) formatted 1.44MB diskette and place it in one of your 
diskette drives.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file downloaded to your hard drive is SP1797.EXE.

3. Execute the SoftPaq file to create the diskette:
   SP1797 [ENTER]

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1797.EXE if you wish.

5. To start the installation from Windows 95, select Start, Run, enter 
A:\SETUP, and follow the instructions as they are presented on the 
screen.

6. After completing the installation, view the help file (INTMGMT.HLP) 
by selecting the help icon(s) in the Compaq Information Center groupbox.
