        D04 ProLiant ML350 system ROM (05/21/2001)
        =========================================================

        Fixed an issue with disabling COM ports in RBSU where the IRQ
        was not being released to other PCI devices.

        Updated translations for the ROM Based Setup Utility.

        Corrected an issue which prevented the system from booting
        past the F1 prompt if no keyboard/floppy were present.

        Updated ACPI support to work with Beta Version of Microsoft
        Whistler.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP17762.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP17762.EXE [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP17762.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing and using the
software.
