DESCRIPTION:  This creates a diskette which contains the Compaq 
NetFlex-3 Network adapter drivers for an OS/2 Warp Connect environment.

SUPERSEDES:  N/A

HOW TO USE

1. Obtain one (1) formatted 1.44MB diskette and place it in one of your 
diskette drives.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file downloaded to your hard drive is SP1761.EXE.

3. Execute the SoftPaq file to:  SP1761 [ENTER]
This copies the following files to the diskette:
NTFX30S2.EXE
README.1ST

4. Read the README.1ST file on the created diskette for installation 
instructions.  Execute the self-extracting file NTFX30S2.EXE to create
a directory structure on the diskette and expand the driver files.  
From the directory structure, choose the correct network driver for the 
networking environment you are using.

5. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1761.EXE if you wish.
