DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq allows ELSA RVS-COM, Version 1.63, to run under Windows 2000
in a user account that does NOT have administrative rights.  Without this SoftPaq, 
administrative rights are required.

NOTE:  This SoftPaq must be run after RVS-COM is installed.

To apply the SoftPaq, first close the CommCenter and any other programs
that are running, then follow the instructions below.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to 
install the application. 

3. After the driver has been installed, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1 if you wish.
