  version 2.10 or higher. Failure to do so may result in system lockups when 
  going in and out of Standby mode.

DESCRIPTION: This Softpaq contains a 'Unified' Windows 98/ME graphics driver and utilities 
for all NVIDIA Graphics controllers used in the Compaq desktop and workstation models 
listed above.

       NOTE: To determine if your system has an NVIDIA graphics controller installed, go to 
             Start/Settings/Control Panel and double click Display. When the Display 
             Properties window appears, select the Settings tab. The display controller 
             will be identified.

ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES:
  - Fixes Power Management issues.
  - Enhances and fixes issues with DirectX.
  - Optimizes performance.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on 
the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3.  After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4.  To install, run the setup.exe file that is included with the unpacked driver.
