DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq creates .CAB files that contain a binary image for the 
System ROM for Armada M300 Series notebooks. The BIOS/ROM image file must be used with 
Remote Management Software in order to actually flash (upgrade) the ROM image on one 
of the affected Armada notebooks. The ROM Family and ROM date can be determined by 
running F10 Setup.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Remove ZIP drive bootability.
 - Improve battery charge fail detection.
 - Fix fan error in ACPI HCT.
 - Fix problem where obsolete Compaq Enhanced III keyboard does not work after 
   Suspend/Resume.
 - Fix problem where docking station info is not correct.
 - Ignore new keys during keyboard reset.
 - Fix lockup after flash update.
 - Speedstep 900MHz/1GHz workaround; Force the unit to run the in the slow Speedstep 
   mode (battery optimized mode) when on DC. 
 - Fix problem where disabled infrared will be enabled after restore from 
   hibernation and warm boot.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive. 
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the 
SoftPaq Number above. 

2. The BIOS/ROM image file must be used with Remote Management Software in order 
to actually flash (upgrade) the ROM image on one of the affected Armada notebooks.

3. When used with SSM, copy the SoftPaq to the file store.

4. When used with WINFLASH, run the SoftPaq to get the .cab file.
