DESCRIPTION:  This is the ESS Allegro Audio WDM Driver to use when any of 
the Presario models listed are upgraded to Windows 2000. 

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file SP16733.EXE to a temporary folder (c:\temp) on your 
hard drive.

2. Execute SP16733.EXE and follow the onscreen instructions.

3. Execute SETUP.EXE in folder c:\temp\compaq\audio\allegro and follow on screen 
   instructions.  

4. Restart the computer when prompted.
