DESCRIPTION:  This provides a fix for the QuickRestore utility for any Presario 
desktop with two hard drives installed, either as original equipment or installed 
by the customer.

Without this fix, there is a risk that the second hard drive could be erased when 
any QuickRestore function is performed. 
    
HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq into a temporary directory on your local drive.

2. Put a blank formatted diskette in A: drive.

3. Execute the downloaded executable file (SP16624.EXE).

4. Follow the instructions on the screen. It will extract the files onto 
   the diskette as well as into the current hard drive directory. The created 
   diskette will be a bootable diskette.

5. Restart the computer with the diskette in Drive A, allowing the computer to 
   reboot from the diskette. The utility on the diskette will automatically
   perform the update. 

6. After the update is completed, remove the diskette and restart the system.

7. The temporary directory may be deleted.
