1. Run the SoftPaq file, SP16573.exe, in a temporary directory.
2. Turn off the projector to be upgraded.
3. Connect the download kit between PC COM port and the projector
4. Run FlashUpgrader.exe in the temporary directory.
5. Choose "CTXPixelware.inf" when the program asks for a information file.
6. Choose the COM port number connected to the download kit and select "57600" as the baud  rate.
7. *** Important!!! Press the power button and keep pressing it for more than 10 seconds. 
8. Waiting for upgrade finish.

DESCRIPTION:  This contains a utility to upgrade the firmware on the Compaq MP2800 
Microportable Projector.  The projector contains an on On-Screen Display Menu (OSD) to 
adjust the displayed image. The selections are translated for global support. 

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Updates firmware to Version 1.1
 - Correct OSD translation errors
 - Change the Bright/Contrast default settings for better
       performance with 52 degree white segment color-wheel
 
HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your
    hard drive and change to that directory.  The file downloaded
    is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the
    SoftPaq Number above.
    
2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file.

3.  The Flash Utility will automatically update the firmware and 
    notify you when the update is finished.

    CAUTION:  DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER OR PROJECTOR DURING THE UPDATE PROCESS

4.  When the ROM update is finished, you will need to turn the projector 
    off and back on for the changes to be in effect. Turn the projector's power switch OFF, 
    wait 15 seconds, then turn the switch ON again.
