                Enabled an advanced method for I/O parity checking in
                the P20 System ROMs dated 21 January 2001 (01/21/2001)
                for the ProLiant ML570 and ProLiant DL580 servers. This
                method of I/O parity checking enhances the system's
                capabilities to detect the I/O errors if they occur.



HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP16511.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP16511 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP16511.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing and using the
software.
