DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq is designed to fix an issue with the reprogramming of the Easy 
Access Keyboard software, particularly when running Windows Millennium Edition. 

When certain buttons were programmed to launch other programs or websites, the option to 
return the software to the default settings did not work.  This fix allows the buttons to be 
reprogrammed successfully, and also to be returned to their defaults if desired.  

The update works immediately following installation. It requires that an Easy Access Keyboard 
be present, but it will not affect system performance if this keyboard is removed or replaced later.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a 
self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute  SP16463.exe.
