Compaq Server Agents:
1. Added support for DL 380 G2 and ML 370 G2.
2. Added support for three new Traps: cpqHeFltTolPowerSupplyOK,
cpqHeFltTolPowerSupplyDegraded and cpqHeFltTolPowerSupplyFailed
defined in cpqhlth.mib.
3. Provided an option to exit installation of agents when installing
through script.

IMPORTANT: During installation, any incompatible or older version
package found on the system will be prompted to the user for removal
and upon users input it will be removed before installing this package.
HOW TO USE:
Steps 1-5 are performed under DOS, Microsoft Windows 3.1, Windows95
or Windows NT.
Steps 6-11 are performed under SCO UnixWare 7.
1. Obtain 4 formatted 1.44-MB diskettes.
2. Download the SoftPaq to a clean directory on your hard drive and
change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.
3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions. Six files will be created:
SP16419.TXT, SP16419._01, SP16419._02, SP16419._03, SP16419._04 and
QRST5.EXE.
4. Execute QRST5.EXE and you will be prompted to insert the formatted
diskettes in a drive to create the diskettes containing Compaq Management
Agents for Servers - SCO UnixWare 7.
5. After the 4 diskettes have been created, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2 and the files unpacked in step 3.
6. To install the Compaq Management Agents for Servers - SCO UnixWare 7,
log in as "root."
7. Create and cd to a temporary empty directory, for example /tmp/sp16419,
to download the files from the diskettes.
8. Insert the newly created FIRST diskette into the SCO default diskette
drive and execute the following command:
# tar xv
This command will prompt to insert remaining diskettes after the first
diskette is completely read. Insert the remaining diskettes in the order
of creation when you are asked.
9. After executing above command, you will find 1 file namely "install"
and 4 directories namely "cmafdtn", "cmasvr", "cmastor", "cmanic"
created in the /tmp/sp16419 directory. To install Compaq Management
Agents for Serers - SCO UnixWare 7, execute the following command.
# sh ./install
Follow the on-screen instructions.
10. Remove the diskette. Remove all the temporary files. Execute the
following commands.
# cd /
# rm -rf /tmp/sp16419
11. Restart the server to complete the installation.
