DESCRIPTION:  This is the Microsoft Certified Windows ME driver for

NOTE: This driver allows a dialup connect to AOL on the first dial, otherwise AOL 
will connect on the second dial.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded 
    is an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded Softpaq file via Windows Explorer and follow any on-screen
    instructions provided.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!
