DESCRIPTION: This driver for Windows 2000 supports the new Intel PRO/100 S 
Desktop Adapter with IPSec Support as well as the Intel PRO/100+ Management 
Adapter. 

This driver is PC99 Compliant and supports Compaq System Software Manager (SSM) 
and Insight Manager LC. It also supports Alert On LAN Technology, when the 
prerequisites listed above are present.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting
file downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions, please refer to the Index.html file within the 
Info folder.

5. To create (optional) installation diskette run "makew2k.bat". This copies all Windows 
2000 installation files to a diskette in the A: drive.
