DESCRIPTION: This driver for the operating systems listed above supports the 
new Intel PRO/100 S Desktop Adapter with IPSec Support as well as the 
Intel PRO/100+ Management Adapter. 

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting
file downloaded in step 1.

4. For installation instructions on different operating systems, please refer to the 
Index.html file within the Info folder.

5. To create (optional) installation diskette run "makew9x.bat". This copies all 
Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows Me installation files to a diskette in the A: drive.
