DESCRIPTION:  This patch corrects a problem in the MediaPilot CD Sound System where the CD Sound System will not recognize files saved with letters containing an umlaut.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain 2 formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1593.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1597 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a diskette drive to create the diskettes.

4.  After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1597.EXE if you wish.

5.  Make sure the newly created diskette 1 is in drive A.
For Windows 95 users:
Select Start, Run... and enter A:\CPQINST

NOTE:  This patch is language-specific.  It will automatically update the required files for the default language found on the computer.  If the patch files for your particular language are on diskette 1, you will not be prompted to insert diskette 2.
