DESCRIPTION:  This contains the Compaq Inventory Collector, which is used to 
integrate Compaq Mangement information with Microsoft Systems Management Server, 
Versions 1.2 and 2.0, as well as with Tivoli Enterprise Management software.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - The wrong version (4.80b) of the Compaq Inventory Collector was shipped on
   the Compaq Management CD, Version 4.90. This Softpaq replaces that incorrect 
   version with Version 4.90 of the Inventory Collector.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
Enter "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory.

3. After the file has been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting 
file downloaded in step 1.

4. Replace and existing copies of the Inventory Collector with the new version.

5. After the files have been copied, you may delete the files from the download 
directory if you wish.
