OPERATING SYSTEM:  MS-DOS 6.0 or greater

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:  Laptop docked in SmartStation or MEB, with NIC enabled

DESCRIPTION:  Locates the integrated network adapter in a SmartStation for the LTE Elite or a MultiBay Expansion Base (MEB) for the LTE 5000 and reports the IRQ, I/O address, and MAC node address.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1563.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1563 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
    NICINFO.DOC
    NICINFO.EXE

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1563.EXE if you wish.

4.  Run NICINFO.EXE to display the integrated NIC setup information.
NOTE:  The NIC is not found if it has been disabled in F10 setup.
