DESCRIPTION:  This resolves a streaming media issue that can occur when the 
Presario models above use AOL and upgrade to Windows ME.  The fix 
installs a Microsoft QFE which updates the CCPORT.SYS file in the directory 
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded is an
    executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaq file via Windows Explorer and follow any on-screen
    instructions provided.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!
