DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq contains an update to the nVidia graphics drivers 
for the Presario models listed above that were upgraded to Windows ME.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Windows Millennium Edition compliance (DirectX7, ACPI mode functionality)

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.  It will automatically install
the driver on your PC.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Click on "OK" to confirm that you want to install the driver.

3. Read the Licensing Agreement and click on "I Agree".

4. Once all the Setup files have extracted, click on "Reboot Now" to 
restart the computer.
