DESCRIPTION:  This is the Compaq Knowledge Center Software for specific Presario models listed under Products Affected.  It supports units that came pre-installed with an earlier version as well as units that were upgraded to Microsoft Me from a "retail" version.

The Compaq Knowledge Center is a web-based support program used to help diagnose 
problems on a customer's computer.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Adds more features from the version that was pre-installed.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
based on the SoftPaq Number above.  It will automatically install
the software on your computer.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Click on "OK" to confirm that you want to install the driver.

3. Once the file is process is finished.  Please restart your PC.
