DESCRIPTION:  This is the Windows Millennium Edition driver and the Microsoft 
CCPORT.SYS QFE for the Conexant HCF V90 56K Data Fax PCI Modem. 

Enhancements/Fixes:
 - Fixes issue of AOL double dial.
 - Fixes issue of possible system lockup when connected to AOL.
 - Fixes issue of blacklisted numbers not being deleted.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your 
hard drive.  The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable 
with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to 
install the driver. 

3. After the driver has been installed, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1 if you wish.
