DESCRIPTION:  This creates a diskette with an updated system ROM image specifically for the Compaq ProSignia only (IDE model).  For ProSignia 300/500, use Softpaq SP1492.

ProSignia (ROM 3E5  01/29/96)
     - Fixes a problem where the Compaq 32-Bit Fast-Wide SCSI-2 Controller /E would not boot on an IDE model ProSignia.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1515.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1515 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1515.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to the README.1ST file on the diskette for specific installation instructions.
