DESCRIPTION:  Contains Windows NT 4.0 audio drivers for the products listed 
above that have the Compaq/ADI SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio Controller.

Note: If you have drivers version 4.02.0021 or earlier you must uninstall the
      driver using the ADD/REMOVE option in Control Panel prior to installing
      this driver.

ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES: 
 - Adds support for new products.
 - Changed version scheme to meet Microsoft version scheme requirements.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
   The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename
   based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting
   file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install run the SETUP program.  Must use SETUP to install MIDI support.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the directory
   created in step 2 if you wish.
