DESCRIPTION:  This corrects issues with Microsoft Encarta Online on the Presario 
models listed above by uninstalling the current version and reinstalling the corrected 
version.  

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded is 
    an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded softpaq file (from step 1) via Windows Explorer and follow any 
    on-screen instructions provided.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!
