DESCRIPTION:  This corrects the issue where Compaq Diagnostics for Windows can cause 
the Presario models listed above to lock up if they are upgraded from Windows 98 SE 
to Windows Millennium.  

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded is 
    an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded softpaq file (from step 1) via Windows Explorer and follow any 
    on-screen instructions provided.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!
