DESCRIPTION:  Contains the driver needed to install the Compaq USB ISDN Adapter 
in a computer running Windows 98 or Windows 2000.

ENHAMCEMENTS/FIXES:
 - Enables system to enter Standby mode in Windows 2000.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
   The file that is downloaded is an executable with a filename 
   based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions to expand the SoftPaq to the 
   the current directory.  Press <Space Bar> to confirm the unpacking 
   of files into the download directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the SoftPaq file 
   downloaded in step 1 above.

4. To install the Compaq USB ISDN Adapter under Windows 98 or Windows
   2000, please read the instructions in the Readme.txt file contained
   in the folder to which you expanded the SoftPaq files. 
   This Readme.txt file also contains instructions on how to update 
   RVS-COM lite to a Windows 2000 compatible version.
