DESCRIPTION: This release provides a Single Point Solution
User ROMPaq diskette for the Compaq ProLiant ML350 (D02/F02)
Servers.


New Features -

        D02/F02 ProLiant ML350 system ROM (06/17/2000)

	Added support for Intel's latest Pentium III processors.

	Added support in BIOS Setup for F1 Prompt bypass.

	Added support for future Remote Online ROM Flash capabilities.


Problems Fixed -

        D02/F02 ProLiant ML350 system ROM (06/17/2000)
        =========================================================

	Fixed an issue where the BIOS would report an 805 error
	message after a second processor was added.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP14801.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP14801.EXE [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP14801.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing and using the
software.
