PREREQUISITES:  - The WL100 or WL200 card to be used for the WL300 SAP must 
                  contain Firmware V. 10006c2 or later (firmware upgrade utility 
                  available separately form Compaq's Support Website
                - The license key printed on the sleeve of the original WL300 CD-ROM 
                  is required for installation of this product.
                - Clients accessing the WL300 SAP must use the client drivers V. 1.11
                  (available from Compaq's Support Website).

DESCRIPTION:  Expands to disk the files needed to install the version 1.11 of the 
              WL300 Software Access Point. 

ENHANCEMENTS: 
 - Resolves IRQ conflicts in certain PCs.
 - Better support of PnP.
 - Support for IPX/SPX protocols.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a folder on your hard drive and change
   to that folder. The file that is downloaded is an executable
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file to expand 
   the SoftPaq files to the current folder on your PC.

3. After expansion, you may delete the SoftPaq file downloaded 
   in step 1 above.

4. To install the Compaq WL300 Software Access Point, please read the 
   instructions in the Readme.txt file contained in the folder to which 
   the Softpaq was expanded in step 2 above.
