DESCRIPTION:  Support drivers for Windows NT 3.5 on Compaq units.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP1445.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP1445 [ENTER]
    The following files will be created:
    QRST5.EXE
    183099US._01
    183099US.DOC

4.  Please read 183099US.DOC for instructions on using QRST5 to create the diskette and for the steps to install the software.

5.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP1445.EXE and the other files it created from your hard drive if you wish.
